Lodestone is a heartfelt collection of meaningful objects that include textiles, furnishings and art.  Each item is sourced from our explorations of the world and with the help of friends that we make along the way.  It is our effort to keep connection and thoughtful object making alive. 

 

We are proud to produce signature branded items, made in-house and with local artisans. As a female and artist run business, we take pride in our effort to support craftsmen directly, as much as possible. We love the small world effect of working with each other, caring for one another, and communicating through the international language of design.

 

A lodestone is a naturally magnetic stone. They were used to create the first compasses, which were not only for navigation but also for fortune-telling, divination, and geomancy.
