Shipping & Returns
Lodestone is not responsible for products that may become damaged during shipping. Many of the items are antique and/ or handmade, therefore flaws are not damages! We will do our best to ensure that your product arrives safely and in the same condition as when it left the store.
In the case of shipment damage please take photos of the box received, the shipping and packing contents, and damaged product, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This unfortunately does not guarantee a refund.

*If you are local to our Hudson Showroom location, we allow returns on certain product within 24 hours, as long as the piece is returned in its original condition. Inquire directly.
