“Lucian Freud” Vintage Reversible Blanket

The power of a story is less often measured by its veracity and more often by the amount of recognition it causes within us.  After seeing a picture of one of our great inspirations, painter Lucian Freud, with an exact copy of this heirloom wool blanket, we prefer to think of it as “his.” It probably wasn’t, but who wants to live in a world where the possibility is discounted completely?
